Director and screenwriter from Brazil, she graduated in Audiovisual Studies from the University of Brasília (UnB) and holds a postgraduate degree in screenwriting from FAAP.
Her debut feature film, “The Nature of Invisible Things”, a Brazil-Chile co-production, premiered at Berlinale 2025. With the short film “As Miçangas”, co-directed with Emanuel Lavor, she was selected for Berlinale 2023 and won Best Short Film awards at the 36th Film Fest Dresden and Panorama Coisa de Cinema. Previously, her short film “O Mistério da Carne”, which she wrote and directed, was selected for Sundance 2019 and won Best Film awards at Biarritz Amérique Latine and Fest New Directors New Films.
She has been a member of Rede Paradiso since 2019, the year she won the Cabíria Award for Best Feature Screenplay. She has participated in labs such as Produire au Sud and BrLab, winning the main award at BAL-Lab 2019 (France). In 2021, she joined the Latin American program of Berlinale Talents.
In 2023, she was named by Variety as one of the new talents in Brazilian cinema.
